And plus who doesn't like watching a T-Rex causing trouble.

Public Enemies: Based on the true story on John Dillinger, bank robber and they trouble they went into catching him. Stars Johnny Depp and Christian Bale.

Looks like this easily entertaining for the Johnny Depp fans and for the Christian Bale fans. And its been a while since there's been a Great Depresson era bank robber movie.

July 10

Bruno: Sacha Baron Cohen brings us the new character of Bruno the Austrian Supermodel to us much like he did Borat.

Now if you you're a fan of Borat, you'll probably enjoy this.

I Love You Beth Cooper: The Cheerleader from 'Heroes' stars in the lead actress movie about a geeky grad announcing his love for the popular girl and what follows.

A promising chick-flick that seems like it would be a fun film for the quiet week in between.

July 15

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince: Harry, The-Boy-Who-Lived, returns to fight Voldemort, the Dark Lord, once more.

This is the movie that everyones been waiting for since November. This easily promises to be one of the bigger movies of the summer so get there early.

July 17

(500) Days of Summer: After being dumped, a greeting card designer looks into the 500 days they were together to see what went wrong.

Am interesting looking movie that seems like a good entertaining and fun movie.

July 24

G-Force: The World is in danger and they call in the elite team... Of Guinea Pigs in 3-D.

From Disney and Jerry Bruckheimer, this looks to be entertaining for the whole family. And how many movies are out there about Guinea Pigs.

Orphan: After loosing a baby, a couple decides to adopt and bring home a young girl named Esther. Soon it turns out that there might just be something wrong with their new daughter, something that might cost them their lives.

Another horror movie featuring a child thats a 'tad' bit off and slightly homicidal. Looks a bit like the 1956 'The Bad Seed' which had a television movie remake so this might be a his or a miss.

The Ugly Truth: Katherine Heigl stars in this romantic comedy as a morning talkshow host with Gerald Butler as a TV personality spilling the truth about men and women.

This month has quite a few chick flicks, but bringing in both Gerald and Katherine should make this fun and exciting.

July 31

Aliens in the Attic: A family vacations in a house that a group of knee high aliens plan to launch an invasion from, leaving the kids to fight the little trouble makers to save the world, with the adults oblivious to the going ons.

A fun little movie that might be an sleeper hit of the summer. Plus who doesn't want to see Raymond's Mom go into Kung Fu mode.

Funny People: The thrid film by Judd Apatow that delves into the world of comedieans and one of the best having a near death expierence.

Made for those who want a third helping of the Apatow world. This one shows the most promise by far. And this is only his third directing debut.

Insane Marathon #1 'Pitchmen'

Insane Marathon #1

With the sudden death of Billy Mays on Discovery Channel today they are filling the day with infomercial product goodness with a all day with the series 'Pitchmen'.

'Pitchmen' goes behind the scenes with Billy Mays and fellow pitchmen Anthony Sullivan. E for DS, PS2, Wii.
Systems: PS3, PS2, 360, PC, Wii and DS. PS3, 360, and PC have a whole different experience than the Nintendo and PS2 formats.

Notice: Having all different formats (except for PS3; no interest just yet), I had a choice of what system to play on and decided on the 360 version. The Nintendo and PS3 formats were geared towards the children while the PC, 360, and PS3 are geared towards older audiences. They also differ in the plots as well so don't expect to be able to play the same on a Wii if you already played the 360 version, whole different playing field.

Premise: Two years after the Ghostbusters II, a young cadet in training you join the Ghostbusters team and battle and capture ghosts throughout New York City, meeting new faces and battling old foes while being the guniea pig for new gadgets.

My Thoughts: From the week and a half I've been playing this thing, you can tell the care that went into this game. Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis, the original creators of the Ghostbusters films had in a hand in creating this and it picks up where the movies left off, involving a lot of things from the first movie and a few things from the second which the most visible is a old foe that sits in the main room of the firehouse. This is what Ghostbusters is about and could be the third movie if they want it to be.

The controls take some getting use to, but ones you do, you can handle the capturing the tougher ghosts without a problem. There's also a bit of problem solving and puzzles throughout the game as well. It also features most of the original cast including the Ghostbusters themselves and a couple of other secondary characters. It also introduces a few new ones as well. The characters look like they had just stepped out of the movies themselves and the graphics are stellar throughout the game.

It features a lot of comedy that Ghostbusters is known for and it can get a bit creepy at some points as well, puts you on edge at some points, I was so tense at one point that I jumped when the phone rang.

The only real problem I had was the occasional glitch here and there, but nothing to serious that a restart form checkpoint can't fix.

Verdict: If you love the movies, you'll love this game, if your new to the Ghostbusters world, you'll enjoy it as well. Younger kids really should stick to the kids-geared versions. But all in all, a great game, fun plot, and who doesn't want to fight along side the Ghostbusters with their own proton back. This is the much needed fix since the first film was released 25 years ago and should hold everyone over until the next movie comes out.

Also for those with Blu-Ray, pick up the releases of the Ghostbusters films for the player. You won't regret it if you're a fan or you're just getting into it. And no, Ghostbusters Extreme really doesn't count.

Insane Review #1 ROTF

Alright, finally decided to go through with it, I'm tired of negative reviews and such for movies all of the time. Those familiar with the 1980s series will remember it; giant morphing robots fighting giant morphing robots. Not much to work with since the series was based off toys.

My overall impression of the movie when I came into the ligh... Great so far from what else came out this year. The Sci Fi big ones that have come and gone were Star Trek, and Wolverine, one which was fun, the other 'meh, not bad'.

As the plot goes, its a bit clouded sometimes, but what do you expect from a series thats about giant fighting robots. So do not expecting a thinking movie.

Special effects are off the top, Bay really went into detail with the battle scenes this time around enough to if there was a Cybertron this movie would be rated 'R' in their world. This movie has eye candy that should settle the fans right down, including the return of Frank Welker.

And about the twins... Not so much hate towards them from, not the ones I was expecting but still enjoyable to watch. I didn't find them offensive at all, like some of the critics say, though I don't get how Spongebob got pulled into the Transformers Universe still... But thats for later on...

Verdict: Don't go expecting a deep thinking movie, go expecting giant robots vs giant robots getdown without really having to think too hard. ROTF was made to be entertaining without having to think real hard about it and lots of things blowing up (Bay trademark) that will satisfy anyone's need for eye candy. Great jokes throughout, though some jokes go a bit far once in a while but overall a great and fun popcorn flick that will be at the top this summer, probably right after next installment of Harry Potter. Does it deserve a Threequel; I pleasently think so. I want to see me some big screen Unicron.

INSANE APPROVED

Now look what I done did...

Now with the ever so wonderful college starting up once again and started to think what could I do with the breaks I get between classes.

So this is what happens when I'm left alone to ponder far too long, I'm finally being a sheep, for the most part anyway...

Now if I only remember to update it...
